7 minute breathwork

Set your space. You want to feel safe and comfortable. Breathwork is a 3-part active breathing technique. It is done lying down. You will not need pillow, as it is best to have an open throat chakra. If you have neck issue you may have a small pillow or towel under your head.

This is a 7 minute active breathing. It is an introduction session. If you are new to Breathwork this is where you should begin. Things to know: your body temperature may change, your body may tingle, you may feel the need to kick or shake your hands. All these body responses are normal.
