Movement is the foundation to conscious living. It brings energy and grounding to our daily activities. We need both in order to create an aligned existence. I call on my training in Pilates and Yoga as my foundation for movement teachings.

I use the style of Breathwork taught to me by David Elliott. This is an active breathing technique that activates the nervous system. It can release emotions, increase intuition and energize the body. The goal is to bring more awareness into your own power and ability to heal yourself.
